1. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

NINO ALVAREZ ships to the Spanish territory (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), continental Portugal (except Azores and Madeira), Europe and rest of the world.

*Shipping costs are free for orders over €300.

Orders placed from 2pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays, will be managed to be processed the first business day.


Please note that during the period of sales, and days with special discounts, the shipping times may be altered.

 

2. TRACKING MY ORDER STATUS

At 'My account', the customer can see the status of the order in real time.

 

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

NINO ALVAREZ currently accepts the following payment options:

·         Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)

·         Paypal


NINO ALVAREZ uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and the security of all payment data transmitted by the customer during the transactions through our site. As such, our website uses the secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Credit cards will be subject to checks and approvals by the bank issuing them. If the entity does not authorize the payment, NINO ALVAREZ is not responsible for any delays or lack of delivery and not may formalize any purchase with the client.

 

4. INVOICE

The customer can request an invoice of the order. He just needs to enter the data as the owner of the account responsible for the order.

 

5. DELIVERY PROCESS

As soon as the order leaves the store, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of shipment. If during the process of purchase the customer has chosen the option of delivery at home and, for any reason, there is no one to accept the deliver, the carrier will leave a notification with the nearest Access Point so that the client can pick it up in a maximum period of 10 days. The client will not be charged any extra cost for this service.

It is also possible to pick up your order in any of our stores. Once the order is ready the client will receive a notification on the email.

 

6. RETURNS

The client has 15 days from the date of the reception of the order to make any return.

The items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding label. The articles must be COMPULSORILY returned in the same box in which they were delivered so that they are protected during the shipment.

· Return at an Acces Point: the customer must send an email to info@ninoalvarez.com  to be able to process the return. NINO ALVAREZ will provide you with a code, that customer will use at the nearest Access Point to deliver the package. Once NINO ALVAREZ receives the package and verifies the perfect state of the articles, we will proceed with the refund through the same system of payment that was used for the purchase within a maximum of 5 days. This option has a cost which will be deducted on the refund.

If you have customs, it will be the client who will assume the corresponding cost.

7. ALTERATIONS

If you need to alter some of the items purchased through our online store, the customer can go to any of our stores within the month following the deliver with its receipt.

Alterations are free of charge except in the sales season.

The items that have been altered cannot be returned under any circumstances.
